I entered my role at weCreate while the agency was in it's 'start-up' phase. As the business grew, so did my role within the company. As of 2023, I have worked hands-on with over 100 clients. While working with these clients, I am responsible for project management, leading meetings, client communication, design work, internal collaboration with other departments, and at times, supervising other members of the design team. Some examples of projects I have worked on at weCreate include: website design and planning, website development, branding & identity, mobile app UI & UX design, prototyping, digital design, print design, email marketing, and much more. During my time at weCreate, I have worked closely with ownership to improve existing processes and develop new strategies to grow the business.
I entered my role at NMT Strategic Marketing as the only designer on the team. During my time at the agency, I established a higher standard of design in various areas of the business including website design, website development, digital design, and print design. I worked over 20 clients over the 8 months I spent at the agency, and solidified a foundation for new designers moving forward. Along with design work, I was in charge of communicating with clients, planning projects, collaborating with my team, and improving processes. Additional tasks I worked on included branding, photography, videography, and marketing strategy. During my time at NMT, I was able to kick-start my career freelancing for clients and working in design agencies in the Erie, PA area.
